Have questions or complaints about how the state’s new “Conflict-Free Case Management” (CFCM) Program has been implemented? Interested in providing advice to DHS on how to improve its client referral portal? Have questions about the future of Medicaid long-term services and supports (LTSS) via the new CMS 1115 Waiver for designated special health populations (D-SHP)? DHS Associate Director Rose Leandre will address your questions and concerns and is looking forward to a collaborative, interactive conversation with our Provider Members on these topics and other issues that will be addressed during her presentation.

This presentation will focus on joint-impact on growth for our local Meals on Wheels program and those engaged with integrated purpose and support.

This first quarterly meeting for 2026 is not one to miss! You are encouraged to bring additional staff who are responsible for your company’s marketing, leadership, regulatory compliance, employee relations and general operations.

In-person attendance is encouraged. There is a virtual option for those that cannot attend in-person. As always, coffee, tea, water and soft drinks will be available at our beverage bar to in-person attendees.

All attendees must be members of the Rhode Island Partnership for Home Care in good standing for the 2026 calendar year. If your company has not joined or renewed its membership, please contact the office ASAP at (401) 351-1010.
