Membership dues are based on a sliding scale of in-state gross annual revenue only:

$1,500.00 ($125.00 monthly) for those providers that are considering or actively pursuing
the Certificate of Need or Change of Effective Control process and are not currently
operating in Rhode Island

$2,400.00 ($200.00 monthly) for those providers within their first year of operations in
Rhode Island and produced under $250,000.00

$3,620.00 ($301.67 monthly) for those providers under $250,000.00

$4,820.00 ($401.67 monthly) for those providers between $250,000.01 to $500,000.00

$6,030.00 ($502.50 monthly) for those providers between $500,000.01 to $1,000,000.00

$7,230.00 ($602.50 monthly) for those providers between $1,000,000.01 to $4,000,000.00

$8,430.00 ($702.50 monthly) for those providers between $4,000,000.01 to $8,000,000.00

$9,640.00 ($803.33 monthly) for those providers above $8,000,000.00
