Membership dues are based on a sliding scale of in-state gross annual revenue only:

$1,530.00 ($127.50 monthly) for those providers that are considering or actively pursuing
the Certificate of Need or Change of Effective Control process and are not currently
operating in Rhode Island

$2,448.00 ($204.00 monthly) for those providers within their first year of operations in
Rhode Island and produced under $250,000.00

$3,690.00 ($307.50 monthly) for those providers under $250,000.00

$4,915.00 ($409.60 monthly) for those providers between $250,000.01 to $500,000.00

$6,150.00 ($512.50 monthly) for those providers between $500,000.01 to $1,000,000.00

$7,375.00 ($614.60 monthly) for those providers between $1,000,000.01 to $4,000,000.00

$8,600.00 ($716.70 monthly) for those providers between $4,000,000.01 to $8,000,000.00

$9,835.00 ($819.60 monthly) for those providers above $8,000,000.00
