Your membership demonstrates a shared commitment to protecting and advancing Rhode Island’s home care, home nursing care and hospice provider industry. Together, we are ensuring that home-based care remains accessible, high-quality and sustainable for those who depend on it most.

Membership dues are based on a sliding scale of in-state gross annual revenue only:

• $1,530 ($127.50 monthly) for those providers that are considering or actively pursuing the Certificate of Need or Change of Effective Control Process and are not currently operating in Rhode Island
• $2,448.00 ($204.00 monthly) for those providers withing their first year of operation in Rhode Island and produced under $250,000.00
• $3,690 ($307.50 monthly) for those providers under $250,000.01
• $4,915 ($409.60 monthly) for those providers between $250,000.01 to $500,000.00
• $6,150 ($512.50 monthly) for those providers between $5000,000.01 to $1,000,000.00
• $7,375 ($614.60 monthly) for those providers between $1,000,000.01 to $4,000,000.00
• $8,600 ($716.70 monthly) for those providers between $4,000,000.01 to $8,000,000.00
• $9,835 ($819.60 monthly) for those providers abover $8,000,000.00
